Over the past year Alloy Carbide Company has undergone a wealth of Growth and also Given wealth to many.

Alloy Carbide prides itself on remaining a competitive force in our industry. We feel that staying up on the latest technology along with education about new material processes, will better assist us in serving our customers production needs. Alloy Carbide recently acquired a Doosan MV-8035. This amazing 5-Axis machining center raises shop potential with 78.7” X-axis, 36.4” Y-axis horizontal movement and over 33.5” of vertical travel, and including a 4th and 5th axis in order to manufacture parts just as the customers envision.
As our CNC department gradually expands and operations go the way of automation, we also boost productivity by robotics in our Carbide Coatings facility. Adding Fanuc’s S700 Robotic Arm, we believe specially designed coatings are just a program away. From 41” diameter ball valves down to 3” valve components, we ensure quality carbide coated parts to each of our customers.

Alloy Carbide’s quality control department stays in step with the industries growing demands with the help of Faro’s Gage Plus. This six optical sensor Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) increases productivity, creates valuable documentation, while reducing customers cost. With these additions to Alloy Carbide’s metal working, production, and inspection techniques, we are better able to accommodate the Growth in our industry.
